About Seçkin Karataş
Seçkin Karataş is a dedicated professional who has been accompanying numerous companies in their organizational agile transformation as a consultant, coach, and trainer. He has a broad experience and deep knowledge in Agile and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) goal-setting framework.
Karataş graduated from Marmara University’s Economics department and also completed the Executive MBA program at Boğaziçi University. After graduating, he worked for over 10 years in the FMCG sector, holding local and global marketing management positions for various brands such as L’Oréal and Godiva. During this time, he gained significant experience in managing strategic marketing activities, brand management, and marketing communication.Following his marketing career, he has worked extensively in helping organizations for their agile transformation and also implement OKR practices, providing valuable insights and guidance to teams and top-level executives.
In addition to his practical experience, he teaches the “Agile Transformation” course at both Sabancı Business School and Boğaziçi Executive MBA programs, sharing his knowledge and experiences on agile transformation with students.
