The Story of a Test Automation Transformation From A to Z

An automation transformation story will be handled from start to finish including both the technical and the managerial challenges of the improvements made. It includes a comprehensive experience transfer from the aspects of; the migration of the test management process to a real test management tool, ensuring the traceability of the test artifacts, how to decide the regression test set, how to prepare the test data, scalability of the selenium nodes and the test environment. At the last stage, the efforts and success of working with BDD will be evaluated.

Mehmet Gök has been working as a test team leader at Türksat which is serving to the telco industry as its one of the major duty. In addition to working as an analyst and project manager for years, he has been carrying out test management and test automation transformation projects in recent years. He carried out test processes on web, mobile and service applications. He is ambitious at coding for automation and proficient in frontend and backend tests and the automation of these tests. He likes automating, snowboarding, photography, videography and following new trends.
