The first priciple of the Agile Manifesto is “Our highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software”. When companies and teams started adopting agile working principles from the waterfall approach, they could not leave everything behind. They continued their old habits, including the testing process. In this talk, we will discuss how we managed to change these habits of the teams and how we empowered the teams to see the dark and light side.

Kadir Kırcı is a Chief Architect and Trainer at Garanti BBVA Technology and he has been working in the financial sector for 25 years.
He worked and managed many different technology platforms and software projects and especially focused on the architecture of test automation of microservices from Unit to Performance Testing. Kadir still gives trainings on DevOps and Software Testing.
