Speech: SDET role transfer – from tests and framework development to AI agent orchestrator 

Chiron Consulting designed and deployed an automated regression and validation pipeline for Disney Streaming’s ad forecasting machine learning models. Faced with unpredictable upstream data schema changes that frequently disrupted long-term forecasts and short-term linear regression corrections, our team introduced a pre-production testing environment fed directly by live production data streams. By bridging real-time Grafana observability with automated MySQL metrics logging, we mitigated the risk of revenue-impacting algorithmic failures and ensured pipeline resilience in a highly volatile data ecosystem.
