İbrahim Dokuzer is a seasoned Senior QA & Test Automation Manager with nearly 20 years of extensive experience spanning the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). Over the course of his distinguished career, he has successfully transitioned from a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer into an elite QA strategist and leader, specializing in enterprise-grade test automation frameworks across web, mobile, API, and desktop platforms.

Currently serving as a Test Automation Manager at Commencis, İbrahim manages high-impact test automation and QA teams and drives major digital transformations by directing end-to-end testing processes across finance, aviation, and various other sectors. His strategic emphasis on risk-based testing, standardized defect workflows, and optimized regression workloads has consistently enabled engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable software architecture under Agile methodologies.

A forward-thinking technology leader, İbrahim bridges the gap between traditional software testing and modern innovation. He actively focuses on architecting AI-driven test automation frameworks within projects and leveraging AI to ensure QA processes are managed and structured in a faster, more precise, and streamlined manner.

Beyond his corporate leadership roles at industry giants like VakıfBank and Turkcell, İbrahim maintains a strong footprint in academia. Holding a Master of Science and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, he has published international research on Fuzzy Logic, Genetic Algorithms, and Database Management Systems presented in the UK and USA. İbrahim is dedicated to engineering resilient and future-proof test automation ecosystems.

Speech: The End of Locators: Text-to-Test and the Evolution of Mobile Testing with Agentic AI

Mobile test automation has long faced challenges due to fragile scripts and ongoing UI locator maintenance. This session examines the shift from traditional scripting to intent-based, autonomous testing. We will discuss Agentic AI architectures that use Vision AI and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable AI agents to observe,  reason, and interact with mobile apps as a human user would. This zero-script, self-healing approach reduces maintenance requirements and is redefining the role of the QA engineer.
