Drs. Erik van Veenendaal CISA (www.erikvanveenendaal.nl) is a leading international consultant and trainer, and a recognized expert in the area of software testing. He is the author of more than 20 testing books and almost 150 papers within the profession, one of the core developers of the TMap testing methodology and the TMMi test improvement model. In the context of TMMi, he is also an accredited TMMi Lead Assessor. Erik is a frequent keynote and tutorial speaker at international testing and quality conferences. For his major contribution to the field of testing, Erik received the European Testing Excellence Award, the ISTQB® International Testing Excellence Award and holds a roll of honor of the TMMi Foundation. He has recently been voted to be a fellow for the ISTQB® organization.

With over 15.000 users, the Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) is the world-wide leading model for test process improvement. Organization are increasingly adopting TMMi to improve their testing maturity. Practical experiences and research show that with TMMi one can achieve higher levels of product quality and improve test efficiency. How does TMMi interrelate with AI, and how AI be used within the TMMi process areas? These highly interesting questions will be discussed during this presentation. Examples of AI applications will presented that can support a TMMi implemention and jointly aim at even higher levels of results.
