In this session, we will reveal the underlying reasons for the wrong planning of the automation process. Without an organized and intelligent test capability, new development can be very costly for us as system complexity grows. We will talk about what needs to be done and how we can increase the rate of development and innovation.

Özgür KAYA has been working as a Test Architect at Mobven, a mobile technology company and member of Payten in Turkey. He has 15+ years of experience in Software Testing and Devops. Managing test teams and processes for the last 5 years. He carried out test processes on web, mobile and service applications. He is ambitious at coding for automation and proficient in frontend and backend tests and the automation of these tests. He has worked for Veripark, Turkcell, N11, Trendyol, OpenPayd, Emirates Airlines and Mobven. His interests are automating, performance testing, movies, music and following new trends.
