Ozan Güldali is a Lead Test Automation Engineer at Commencis, where he drives innovation in QA through the development of AI-assisted tools. With extensive experience in automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and test management systems, he has led automation strategies for major projects across banking, insurance, airline, and retail industries. Passionate about leveraging AI to enhance—not replace—human expertise, Ozan focuses on solutions that accelerate test design, improve coverage, and reduce human error. His recent work includes creating an in-house AI-powered platform that transforms analysis documents into structured test cases up to ten times faster, seamlessly integrated with Jira and Xray.

Holding a Master’s degree in Mathematical Engineering, Ozan combines deep technical expertise with a continuous drive to explore how AI can revolutionize software testing, empowering QA teams to work more efficiently and effectively.
