Kaan Kızıltuğ is a senior technology leader and engineering manager with over 14 years of expertise in software testing, automation, and quality engineering across multinational organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Team Leader for CTI Cloud & App Software at Airties, he has established himself as a pioneering force in test automation frameworks and cloud-based testing solutions.
As an engineering leader, Kaan has successfully managed cross-functional teams and complex projects spanning telecommunications, healthcare technology, financial services, and education sectors. His leadership journey includes prominent roles at Fortune 500 companies including Intuit, Insulet Corporation (medical devices), and OnSolve, where he has consistently delivered innovative testing solutions that bridge the gap between technical excellence and business objectives.
Throughout his career, Kaan has been instrumental in implementing FDA-regulated testing processes for medical device software, developing distributed load testing frameworks for AWS cloud environments, and establishing CI/CD practices that have transformed software delivery pipelines.
